Exposure Watch Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Effective date: June 15, 2026

Company: Exposure Watch, Inc.

This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service and applies to paid Exposure Watch subscriptions unless a signed Order says otherwise.

1. Plans and pricing

Plans, monitored facility counts, features, billing cadence, and price are shown at checkout or in the applicable Order. Prices may exclude taxes and payment-processing fees unless stated otherwise.

2. Free exposure checks and trials

Free exposure checks, demos, and trials are provided for evaluation only. Exposure Watch may limit, modify, or discontinue free checks, demos, and trials at any time.

If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the checkout page discloses the conversion date, price, billing cadence, cancellation method, and whether the customer will be charged automatically.

3. Subscription term and renewal

Unless the Order says otherwise, paid subscriptions begin when checkout is completed or the Order is accepted and continue for the stated billing period.

If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription renews at the end of each billing period until canceled. Customer authorizes Exposure Watch or its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for renewal fees and taxes.

If an Order does not use automatic renewal, renewal requires a new order or invoice payment.

4. Payment

Customer must provide accurate billing information and maintain a valid payment method. Payment card data is handled by the payment processor. Exposure Watch may suspend or terminate access for failed payment, chargeback, fraud risk, or overdue invoices.

5. Cancellation

Customer may cancel through account settings, checkout management tools, or by contacting alerts@exposurewatch.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the Order says otherwise.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.

6. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an Order.

Customer may request a billing correction within 30 days of the charge. Exposure Watch may provide credits or refunds in its discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or Service issues.

If Customer terminates for Exposure Watch's uncured material breach, Exposure Watch will refund prepaid unused fees for the terminated portion of the subscription as Customer's exclusive remedy.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated. Downgrades may take effect at the next renewal unless Exposure Watch agrees otherwise.

8. Price changes

Exposure Watch may change prices for future renewals by providing notice before the renewal date or as required by law. Continued use after the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9. Taxes

Customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges except taxes based on Exposure Watch's income.

10. No emergency-use credits

No refunds, credits, or damages are available because a public-data source was delayed or unavailable, an alert was delayed or undelivered, a hazard was not identified, or Customer disagrees with an Exposure Output, except as expressly required by law or a signed SLA.
